The Alpine INE-F904DC is the new and improved version of the iLX-F903D Media System. Carrying on the Halo 9 due to its impressive nine-inch screen size boasts some super amazing features such as Digital Radio, Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. You now also get the added benefit of having a Full Navigation System as well rather than just relying on your Mobile Phone Apps.

This is a Specific Truck and Campervan version which allows specific profiles. After setting up your truck or motorhome in the system, the Alpine unit will propose appropriate navigation routes for your vehicle.

The new Alpine Halo9 Navi features iGo Primo NextGen navigation with TomTom maps for 46 countries and 3 years of free-of-charge map updates. You can also use navigation apps (such as Google Maps, Waze, etc) with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

The Halo 9 is certainly the bigger brother of the iLX-702D and builds on an already great system. The massive 9″ screen that is fully adjustable either on a tilt or up and down means that no matter what vehicle it’s installed into, you’ll get the perfect viewing angle. The INE-F904DC is an advanced navigation unit with DAB + and a 9 “WVGA touch screen and with a design without a disk drive (without CD / DVD). It uses a 1DIN chassis for itself, it seems that it” floats ” on the dashboard of the vehicle, which allows this large screen to be installed in a variety of vehicles without requiring a custom installation Many large vehicles have a 1 DIN installation bracket on top of the windshield; the Halo9 Navi It can be easily installed as a “suspended” configuration.

1DIN Chassis – 9″ Screen
The INE-F904D features a 1DIN chassis, making it immediately compatible with any vehicle with either 1DIN or 2DIN radio dock. The 9-inch high-resolution touch-screen is attached to the front of the media box with steel brackets to achieve a rock-solid display that does not wobble while driving.

Edge-to-Edge Glass Design
The amazing 9-inch display sits in a super slim housing with edge-to-edge glass and nice chrome trim around the edge. Combined with the touch-responsive hard keys on the bottom it makes the units stunningly beautiful and very modern in function and appearance.

Adjustable Display Angle
You can adjust the INE-F904D’s display angle from +45 degrees to -20 degrees to match a wide range of dashboard angles. After the display angle is set, it gets locked into place during installation to be rock-steady while driving over any terrain and when pushing with your finger on the display to control the unit.

Adjustable Display Height and Distance
The display height can be adjusted +/- 3cm from the centre position. This allows fully standing or hanging display configurations as well as everything in between. You can also adjust the distance of the display to your dash in a 20mm range. After the display height and distance to the dash are selected, everything gets locked into place to be very solid.

If you drive a motorhome or truck, this is the perfect product for you. The INE-F904DC unit features the next-gen iGo cousin navigation with pre-installed TomTom maps from 46 countries, with truck software and motorhome profiles (S – M – L) also preinstalled. Customers have cartography updates for the navigation system, free for 3 years.

Pre-installed motorhome profiles
You can choose between 3 different motorhome profiles (small, medium and large motorhomes) or create your own profile. The Alpine system will take into account the measurements and weight of your vehicle to propose the most appropriate routes for it.

Dangerous Loads
If you carry dangerous cargo, flammable explosives or dangerous gases/liquids, you can also choose it from the menu, taking this merchandise into account when calculating the route. The system will avoid the centre of cities or nature conservation areas that do not allow the transit of such charges.

Works with Apple CarPlay
Simply connect your iPhone to the USB port of your Alpine Halo9 and launch Apple CarPlay to communicate, navigate and stay entertained with your favourite smartphone apps. Most apps are Siri optimized so you can keep your eyes on the road. Apple CarPlay is compatible with iPhone 5 and newer.

Works with Android Auto
Android Auto was designed with safety in mind. With a simple and intuitive interface, integrated steering wheel controls, and powerful new voice actions, it’s designed to minimize distraction so you can stay focused on the road. Android Auto automatically brings you useful information and organizes it into simple cards that appear just when they’re needed.

Built-in DAB Digital Radio
